You don't see the skill bar unless the toddler is selected if I remember correctly. And did you try all the things both Igazor and Chain recommended to troubleshoot the other problem?

As I said above:0417 wrote: ↑February 3rd, 2021, 5:20 pmAnyways, after having them do some more romance, the problem changed to "actor not marriable". Could it be because my sim almost died but another sim saved him and the game still thinks of him as dead somehow? (He died by spontaneously combusting and his horse scared away the Reaper.)
Chain_Reaction wrote: ↑January 14th, 2021, 2:23 pmThere's numerous reasons the propose interaction doesn't show up, including an EA bug where Sims with deceased partners just can't get married again. There's an option in DebugEnabler to resolve that (Marryable on the Sim).

I remember that in the past, after the death of the marriage of the characters broke up. The characters had to re-establish their relationships after any resurrection. However, after some update, everything went wrong. Be prepared for the event when your widower sim may be accused of betrayal
To check how the game sees the sim, check his(her) status using MC. Also check the population of the entire town for duplicate sims. Invisible characters are fixed by DE, just click on the character or on the city hall and find the desired option. Leaving home and coming back can also sometimes help. It helps me out of a lot of trouble.
Ah yes, every time you add or remove any modification of the game, delete the cache. In general, it's always better to delete cache, it definitely won't hurt the game.

This seems a bit strange to me because he met her after his death and resurrection, but I'll try it and get back to you!
Update: It worked!!! Thank you!!! I just clicked "marriable" in the debug menu and then they were able to get engaged! Now I can FINALLY continue my legacy challenge!
