My sim has a 5 star blog and has had it for a long time without getting any offers to sell it. She sold one blog already and started a new one, and has never gotten any offers for the second blog. I have tried changing the theme a couple of times and building the blog back up, but still have not gotten any offers.
Is there a way with SP, MC, etc., to either delete the blog so she has to start a new one, or to force an offer to sell it? I couldn't find any mention of "blog" on the MC or SP documentation pages.

None of the mods here interface with the blog system I'm afraid, save for Retuner because it's just an EA core tuner.
You need at least 1250 followers by default to get a buyout offer in the mail. Is this the case? After which there's a 40% chance you'll get one at 5 PM except Sunday. These values can be altered via Retuner here:

I had over 2500 followers at one point. I suppose it is possible that the issue is that my sim travels a lot, and only stays in her home town 2-3 days in between trips. I guess I'll just keep waiting and hope it triggers.

One thing that I have noticed is that whenever a sim travels, or whenever I load a save, the interactions for blogging do not automatically work unless I have my sim write a blog post. For example, the sims do not get any moodlets related to their blog until I write that first post. After that, they will get moodlets for stuff like buying an item, ate at a restaurant, etc.

Okay, I guess I just wasn't patient enough. I just got an offer to sell the blog. The blog had been well above the 1250 level of followers for quite a while without any offers. I'm not sure if there really was an issue and dropping the followers down below 1250 and then building it back up made a difference, or if it really was the improbable odds of hitting less than 40% for several days in a row, but it looks like my issue is resolved.
