Does anyone know where I can download the Master Controller download for patch 1.18? I only have the expansions up to Late Night and it will be quite a long time before I get anymore, but I would love to have the Master Controller in my game. I can't update the game because I don't have internet at home, I just use public wifi for small periods of time. My launcher will not show that my game needs to be updated, so I have to download the patches. That requires an internet connection for a longer amount of time than I have access to. I would really appreciate it if anyone can share one if they have it, or post a link of a site that has it to download. Thanks in advance.

Hi there, and welcome to NRaas. I understand your situation, but am afraid that would be quite a tall order to fill. None of the mods from this collection for Patches prior to 1.29 (maybe a couple of exceptions), as far as I know, made it over to this site from its former hosts back at the end of 2011 when Twallan set up shop here. We wouldn't really know which version we were looking for either, except to say that for MC it would have to be a much earlier one than v77.

I think your best bet is going to be finding a way to download the EA Super Patcher for 1.67 and bring it to your computer by way of a USB thumb drive or such a device. It's admittedly a huge file at 1.7 GB or so, but only one, and can be applied to your game offline without involving the Launcher directly. This way you would be able to run current versions of most any mods that have been developed in recent years.

Someone else here may come forward with such an early version, but the patched way would still be recommended if it can be arranged at all for various reasons as getting years worth of bug fixes and enhancements from both the patches themselves and the mods.

@igazor: I have version 36 for Patch 1.17 and version 49 for Patch 1.19 but nothing for Patch 1.18. Are either of those versions any good?

1.19 should be fine but don't quote me on that. As an educated guess, it was just a very minor patch after 1.18 that I don't see affecting the mod. But of course I have no idea what the code looked like then.

Forgot to add, I didn't notice anything in the documentation that mentions an option to make a pregnant sim give birth right away. Does the MC have the option to do that? Sorry if the answer is already posted somewhere, I haven't had the chance to go through the whole site to check yet.

The option is in DebugEnabler but not sure where off-hand and am not on PC atm to check, sorry. Try clicking on the sim then NRaas / DebugEnabler / Pregnancy? Or something like that.

I'm on PC now. The correct path is: NRaas - DebugEnabler - Options: SmartPhone - Pregnancy - Have Baby. Then accept the default value by clicking the checkmark.

Sarah_Sims, Hi there! I remember texting you many many years ago asking nraas mods for patch 1.18 and you sent me them. Now, unfortunately i lost the others except the master controller. Recently started playing the sims 3 to pass some time and it reminded me of you. Is it possible by any chance you can share any nraas mods with me that are compatible with version 1.18 again? Much appreciated and thanks in advance. If you ask me why i insist on not updating the game is because the only expansion packs i play with are world adventures and late night and i don't really find the others as that fun and since the new patches adds more bugs to the game, i prefer keeping my patch at 1.18. thanks in advance.
