I'm sorry but I no longer have copies of the old NRaas mods. Although you've stated you don't want to update your game, I recommend doing just that as there really are more fixes than so-called 'bugs' in the patches. Whatever is left broken by the patches can usually be fixed by an NRaas mod. I've been playing on patch 1.67 since 2014 with all the NRaas mods for that patch level and haven't had any problems at all.
