After University, I lost a WA opportunity and clicked on MC - Basic - Opportunity by category to try and see if I could get it back. However, unlike my other Sims (one of which was at University with me) I have no access to skill opportunities, just Adventure (the one I needed), Celebrity, Dares, and Social Group Jobs. It looks like the game thinks I'm still at University? Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

Does your sim already have a skill-based opportunity? If so, this is normal: MC will only list opportunities it can assign, and it can't assign anything if the slot is already occupied. Even if it's blank, try right-clicking the icon a few times anyway—I've read that every once in a while, the game doesn't see something as cancelled, and this can help.

If that doesn't make a difference, try an MC reset on the sim.

She doesn't but I'll try clicking just in case she has a stuck opportunity and reseting. I wish I had started asking questions in this forum years ago!
