Can't create trans sims in CAS

Hi everyone!

I recently wanted to create a male sim wearing woman clothing, as well as giving them female hair. I made sure to enable the unigender option in Master Controller, created my sim and saved it.

However, when I loaded up the sim some time later from the CAS library, all the feminine CAS items were replaced with random ones for males. I also want to note that I tried this while being on the same save game where I turned on the unigender option. Any help would be appreciated.

The option doesn't work when using the saved sim bin I'm afraid. Create the sim and put them in the world and the selections should stay.
