So I have been getting these random pop-up notifications from others sims, like, "Should XYZ join the book club", or which path should he take in the Arboretum... It's so weird. I don't rememeber ever seeing something like this in the past years. Has anybody encountered this? i play somewhat rotationally but the notifications I get are from Sims that I have never played..

I'm pretty sure that most players, with and without mods, see these occasionally. The ones I seem to get most often are that the sims in my group should tone down the flirting or it's going to get weird, then would you like to leave the group and form a date (or hey, one of them is a teen!) -- something like that, except that at the time I don't have any sims in groups or flirting and the messages clearly apply to some other sims with whom I'm not engaging.

I think the best thing we can do is ignore the issue, answering a question if we must, unless it happens so often that it gets in the way of gameplay. Not sure what MC or any of the mods might have to do with this.
