Mastercontroller Integration causes lag

Post by Ayesque » October 13th, 2022, 12:38 pm

I have recently gotten back into the sims 3, and did a fresh install through steam (all expansion packs). I updated all my mods, didnt add anything new and did a scan through delphy's dashboard, which showed the following: https://imgur.com/MZpeeDF was
I went ahead and played and the game was quite laggy with animation stutters and sims freezing even thought the trees and the light was still moving. I googled some stuff and came across the process monitor method (https://modthesims.info/wiki.php?title= ... Windows.29) which I ran, and it showed that the game process tried to run 3 million events on MC Integration (I forgot to screenshot unfortunately)! I assume this is related to the corrupt report on Delphy's Dash and has since removed the mod with marked improvement in lag and stutter.
My MC Integration is V134 just like the base mod, so Im really not sure why it's being considered as corrupted?

Mastercontroller Integration causes lag

Try removing the full stop (period) and the underscore from the beginning of the file name for Integration. It should just be named as NRaas_MasterControllerIntegration.package

Does that fix it? :-)

I'd try redownloading. The size shouldn't be 4096.

Mastercontroller Integration causes lag

Hi, thanks for the replies! I didnt realise the name showed like this in Delphy’s lol because I didnt change anything and the name was correct in it’s folder. But thanks to that, I realised that Delphy’s showing that it’s in a different subfolder than it actually is. Turns out some invisible file? Was messing things up because since recreating the folders, this issue has disappeared :-o

Anyways thanks again for the help!!! :)
