how to install a career mods (career not showing up) ?
Hi there. Mods are package based files, and as such must be placed into the Mods\Packages subfolder within a correctly working Framework. You would already have this setup if your other NRaas mods are working correctly, but here are the illustrated instructions.
The scriptCache file on the top level of your TS3 user game folder in Documents also needs to be cleared (deleted) whenever the contents of Mods\Packages changes in any way.
There should be three and only three things inside of your Mods folder, as per the illustrations in the linked page above:
Packages subfolder (this is where the mods go, including the Careers base mod and any add-ons or custom careers)
Overrides subfolder (usually empty unless a mod developer instructs otherwise)
Resource.cfg file (that makes in all work)
(and nothing else).
The Downloads folder has nothing to do with mods or other forms of package based content. That one is strictly for sims3packs that need to be installed by way of the Launcher.
Does that help demystify things a bit?
I'm afraid that I've never played the Mobster career (just not my cup of tea, really) so I don't know where in-game exactly one looks for it. My first guess would be City Hall by way of MasterController. But I am sure that other players here who have used it can advise better.

how to install a career mods (career not showing up) ?
The files do not go into Mods. They go into Mods\Packages. I'm sorry, but I don't know how to make this any more clear.
If you could, please take a screenshot of your Mods folder and your Mods\Packages folder, in Detail View, so we can see their contents, upload to a third party, and provide a link so we can see how you have things set up and where you are putting which files.

how to install a career mods (career not showing up) ?
Well, that does look correct except that there shouldn't be an Overrides folder inside of Packages. It should be outside of Packages, where you already have one as well.
The DL_Hack folder has my attention though, Maybe this is a translation to English thing, but what kind of "hacks" are we talking about here? What is the source of install of your game -- Origin, Steam, retail store discs, some other source (which one)? Is your TS3 Store content, if any, from the actual EA TS3 Store?

That all sounds fine, then. So we just have to wait for another player here to come along and tell us where in the game the career shows up. Quite possibly it's already working the way it should.
