resource file cfg
Hi there. Nothing has changed in that regard since Patch 1.12 was released alongside of Ambitions in 2010. TS3 mods, like all package file based content, require the Mods folder Framework to be inserted into the TS3 user game folder in Documents. We recommend the procedure illustrated on the following page at MTS. The downloadable Framework they offer includes the required Resource.cfg file already in place and it comes with two sample mods for testing, NoIntroMovie and NoBuildSparkles, that you may keep or discard as you wish after the Framework is confirmed to be working.

If what you are looking for as evidence of the mods working is the pop-up when the game starts up listing out Script Mods detected, it should be noted that there's a couple of inclusions that suppress that pop-up. One is the NRaas NoCD mod, the other is the presence of AwesomeMod (there may be a couple of others). The place to look for most NRaas mods, or the ones that have command option menus anyway, would be on City Hall and in-game computers.
