How do you solve the problem of installing a world (Dragon Valley) when the launcher says it's already installed - but it isn't. I've checked the installed worlds folder, not there, then I checked the world cache files but there are none for that world. When I start the game and go to choose the world, its not listed as installed. Any suggestions?

Thanks igazor, that was a quick response I will try and uninstall it from the launcher and see if it shows up. What's the downloads dashboard, is that the launcher?

I never use the launcher either, except for installing stuff. I use the shortcut option and never log in to the game. I'll check and see what options I have. I'm just searching through the installed content at the moment to see if I can find the world. Just another interesting question, I find all my sims are showing as installed but I deleted them from the library. If they're still installed, how do I find them?

Do you have a disc or is your install digital?

Hello again littlelambsy...I forgot you are on Steam. Not sure what the logic is with Steam installs and do not want to confuse things by saying what "I Think"..
