I’ve been tinkering around with the GoHere mod, and I’m still having issues with mermaids swimming everywhere in Isla Paradiso, which is a real pain.

I have been flip flopping between the option of Mermaid Routing True/False, and it hasn’t been making any difference.

Am I missing something?

I have the 64 bit version on Mac

I had the same problem when I played in IP, my mermaid would swim to her workplace, causing her to be late. I finally just gave up and gave her a speed boat, and she used that.

I’ve tried all sorts of watercraft under your suggestion Kevin, and this still is an issue for me. I stick each boat in my sims inventory, setting each one in turn to a ‘preferred boat' and then I see my mermaid sims wading into the water … (ノ°Д°）ノ︵ ┻━┻

Is there a particular way you have your boats stored in your inventory/lot that means you can access them or any setting I can tinker with?

This was the issue I remember having before, but it was before this sim became a mermaid.

I didn't do anything differently, just put the boat in her inventory. I've also had it tied up at her home's dock. Sorry I can't be more help.
