Are you referring to the dream system and the dreams that spawns for the active Sim? If so, those aren't being controlled by SP. That's an EA thing....

Yes it is Register that handles them. I suppose the randomizer just doesn't land on very many pregnant Sims. Will have to look into disallowing them.
