ErrorTrap keeps barfing the same Script Error left and right and it's getting obnoxious.
I'm just playing the game like normally, but the ScriptError notification keeps coming up every single quarter-minute! Also, my sim's actions don't catch up with the time, causing them to unintentionally skip work and school and even sometimes cancel their own "Go to Work/School" actions (only my child and teen sims have done this). Plus, inactive neighbor sims going to school often have low motives and pee everywhere on the lot (yet survive, somehow), which I think stalls my child and teen sims from going to school. This is pretty much making their school performances drop like there's no tomorrow and I have no control over it (when they do finally get in school, it's already noon, meaning they don't have long to learn). And with the repeating ScriptErrors that never stop, it's making this really annoying! I've uploaded the error for you to review. Can you please help me?

Did this ongoing game every have a mod in play (possibly now removed) that had anything to do with Service Sims at all? What happens if you start up a new game, as a test, with NRaas mods only?
Sims getting dumped out of school mid-session is something that many of us face on occasion. All we can do is watch for when it happens and use MC > Go To School (and Go To Work for those who work in the schools) when this happens. But it sounds like you have a much more intense problem on your hands. Have you tried this mod, after doing a test with just NRaas, and making sure you have the correct version for your NRaas usage?
