hello!
these error traps started when i sent my acrobat sim to rodeo gogo to perform. i then noticed once my sim got on stage, he couldn't perform. he would just stand there for hours; and i couldn't cancel the interaction. all while getting constant error traps for the same 8-ish sims. i cleared cash, reset town, made a duplicate save and loaded that one and nothing worked. does anyone have any ideas?

(this is my first time posting to this forum so apologies for any mistakes!)

Several problematic and outdated mods installed that need to be removed...
SimsMxHospitalOverhaul
Skydome_EveryoneCanCarryChild
LazyDuchess.SmoothPatch_MasterController

As for the error, something is breaking the real estate system pretty severely. It looks like corruption but to be sure, try your game with only NRaas mods installed and see if the error persists.

i removed all mods except nraas ones and the errors are still occuring! should i just save the family to bin and start a new save? or anything else?

Did you delete all Cache files in your documents The Sims 3 folder?

Do this first before you start the game again, then load your save and do
a Reset Everything with Mastercontroller from city hall
then "Save as" under a new name, don't overwrite the existing.
Quit the game and restart this new save,
Is it now better?
