Yes, this is likely the issue then. Aww, that's a shame. Well, I was determined to play in the world, so I just deleted all the subways until I can find a walk around.

I place subways on a really tiny lot as type
no visitors allowed
and or place them on community lots.
From build buy mode this is very easy and always worked for me.
They should be a bit away from each other.
I mean, this may also work too in CAW and then in-game, but not somewhere in the open land.
