Try to plant that apple again if you could please, except with only NRaas mods in play and especially the Smoothness Patch MC package file removed as it's faulty, script cache cleared (deleted). Does the same thing happen or something different?

the same thing seems to happen, when its planted its like the object is missing or something?

I'm a bit confused as to how you have a YA sim with the Green Thumb trait but no Gardening skill at all. I guess this could be the beginning of their sim life with you so they don't have much real experience with anything at all yet, but still seems like they should at least be at skill Level 0.

While we're waiting for our developer to catch up and tell us if he sees something I'm missing here, if you are willing to add the MC Cheats module and bring the sim's Gardening skill up to Level 1, I wonder if that would fix things for them. I can't remember offhand if sims with less than Level 0 are able to plant apples, and I can't vouch for the resulting fruit's quality if they could, but seems like they shouldn't be erroring out upon trying.

Though you said you tested with only NRaas, is it possible you have a mod called plantsLive10xLonger_storePlants.package installed- maybe in your Overrides folder where it could have been overlooked when taking other mods out?
The version available for download is broken in a manner that removes all non-store plants from the game, I imagine it might throw an error like this when interacting with their seeds and ingredients.

You could check if all plants are indeed missing by checking the Twinbrook Community Gardens lot to see if the harvestable have disappeared, it's the lot next to the public pool.

Not to pile on too much, but a few weeks ago, I got a scripterror that looked very much like this one. My sim hadn't learned gardening yet and didn't have the Green Thumb trait but had purchased the Super Green Thumb LTR. The sim was reset when trying to plant an apple seed, which is doable with zero gardening skill.

The problem was that I'd saved and quit when my sim was about to plant something, and I'd either queued it up before saving or right when I reloaded. It was reproducible at that exact point, although maybe not more generally.

Not wanting to spend time testing every little thing, I removed all the seeds and harvestables from my sim's inventory and had him walk back and forth for a few sim-minutes. Then I put one seed at a time back in his inventory, and he was able to plant them all without incident.
