This has happened twice to my sim. This guy is an old proprietor for the verde park in starlight shores. He doesnt exist anymore it seems cause I tried to find him to totally annhilate him but he doesnt come up after not even adding any filters. It solves itself after a while but its kinda weird tbh. It happens when I tried to press my own sim who is in the acrobat career and will keep happening when pressed until it fixes itself. It wasnt possible to drag n drop so I had to copy paste from wordpad.

That's an EA issue with ghost. Try filtering on dead and see if you can find him to TA him.
