My game is slow due to error trap mod, but only at startup/load. I figured that out by the 50/50 method. It wasn't slow before, but since a couple of weeks it has slowed down. After initial load-lag it does play normally, just the start up lag is severe.
When I put in the dereferencing tuning file, my game starts as it used to. Without dereferencing file even after the game has loaded and I press play, it still needs at least 1 whole minute to actually start to move. In the meanwhile the trees are moving.
I tried with clean save(my own sims ported into and buildings replaced with mine builds).
I read here that it can have something to do with boats, but my boat routing is set to true with gohere (version 45b, from nraas.net/community/gohere-discussion/topic10002)
Also errortrap does not generate a file in my documents to explain the lag.

My sims were apparently corrupt. When I recreated them fresh in cas, and put those ones in a new town, the lag stopped. So I guess my sims their code wend belly up somewhere.

Maybe corrupt clothes?

I am unaware of the corrupt clothes problem? What is it and how do I check/fix it?
