Sorry, I did not want to start a new discussion about this but I have searched everywhere and can't find the relevant information. Even using advanced search.

I want to know how to stop the automatic placement of expansion venues in worlds whenever I start a new game? I only got a notification once when I first started playing years ago and thought it would be a good idea at the time. Lately I have changed my preference about it as it has became tedious to bulldoze them each time... and I wonder why I don't get the notification every time I start a new game? Or at least an option in the settings to change it?

I have every expansion pack up to and including Island Paradise.
