Honestly, I can't take my sims to a karaoke bar and have them sing together without them being swarmed with sims getting up on the platform and booing and doing the thumbs down action. I spend most of the time resetting all the sims acting like uncouth idiots. I get to the point where I want to summon a meteor to flatten the lot!

I have Heckling turned off in Retuner
I have Shimrods Awareness Anims Disabled
I have Twoftmama No Autonomous Heckling

There must be a way to stop this very irritating behavior. Any suggestions?

Improve their karaoke skill which is a hidden skill that thankfully only goes up to level 3. Also those mods won't help with stopping them booing your sims singing as the reason their booing is completely unrelated to what those mods do.

Thanks sittingbear, I'll increase their karaoke skill. In fact, I'll give everyone in town level 3 in that skill. I can't stand that obnoxious booing! I did the same with the dancing skill. Everyone in town from teen to elder is level 3.

Just wait until you have your sims learn the guitar and try to Play for tips with a low skill level. But I wouldn't cheat the guitar skill as you'll miss out on Opportunities same with any of the main skills and some EP added skills.

No, I'll just do the hidden skills. I never get them to play for tips until they have better skills. But buskers are another annoying group of sims. They do it in the most inconvenient places and are always in the way! LOL

I so want to say something like "And you thought you were in a fairy tale? The world of Sims can be cruel too! " Although in fact, people go to karaoke just to have fun, no one is required to have some skill or talent, but the developers apparently like to put the sims in an awkward position.

I wouldn't mind if a crowd gathered and pointed and laughed themselves to death, that would be funny, especially if the singers were really awful. But this in your face booing and thumbs down is downright rude and obnoxious. Personally, I hate being crowded and having a bunch of yahoos in my face would freak me out! LOL

Yes, just when you think all the mods took care of the social BS of the sims, along comes another something you have no control over. LOL. I made my own sims have the best Karaoke skills because of this and I almost never hear anyone boo, unless they are evil or mean spirited. Still, sometimes they do it anyway. I got so mad at one of my own sims booing at a performer unprovoked so I made them pee themselves as punishment. Just slide that bladder motive all the way down and it shuts them right up. LOL I've done that a few times when one of them try to flirt outside their relationship too. HAHA the other sim generally walks off disgusted.

And then they will walk around the town, stink and spoil the mood of others. It always seemed absurd to me. It would be better to send all the disgruntled to go home. Although I like the idea of a meteor the most, I always dream about it when someone is very annoying.
