Ok Chain, this is what it says when I clicked on the Running Sim in the middle of her run to look at the other sim who was eating breakfast.

I hope this is what you wanted. Forgot to mention, I did reset the sim a few times.

My other sim (Cleo) just walked over to Viviana, who's eating breakfast, and for some reason Cleo cheered her. I did the same path on her and the current interaction on her was Cheer.... why she's cheering Viviana makes no sense and its only 6:00 am!

Littlelambsy - I have had this issue with a few sims in the past. It got to be very annoying, but I did a total reset of the town and it stopped, but only for awhile. Then another time I moved them out of the house and back in from Edit Town and that stopped it too, for awhile.

Now it has not happened to me since I downloaded the Shimrod's awareness mod a few months back. Do you have that one? It stops a lot of the unwanted things like the random booing and such. You have a choice there's two, I think, one version stops a bunch of those actions,even stops the sims waving and saying hi to people, which I didn't want, so I chose the one with just the negative actions stopped.

Thanks JohnL83, I do have that mod. Next time I'm in game, later today, I'll try the move in and out and the reset town options and see if that helps.

That's an interesting thought. Although, I don't know why Cleo would cheer her, and Tamira seem Exasperated at her. I could change that and see if it makes a difference, thanks gcgrad,

It says they are idles. Perhaps the mod you have isn't stomping the particular idle that is bothering you. Although if they are getting up out of sleep to run idle reactions that still sounds like something is stuck to me.

Yes, I agree. If I wasn't in the middle of testing out a degree Career I would have terminated her a long time ago. Its odd because I removed the Irresistible trait and that didn't stop it. I also moved her out and back in again and that didn't do anything. Then when one of the roommates got married and brought him home, he started doing it! LOL So I don't know what's stuck. It can't be with the running sims, it must be something with the run to sim??? What bugs me the most, is when time is short and I have things lined up for them to do, they just abandon the action and go run and stare at poor Viviana.... although, the actions I give them do not disappear from the que. They just seem to ignore the action temporarily then go do the action qued. Oddly enough, at a dance club others started running to her and had her face in their thought bubbles. She's not famous, she hasn't been cheating (I gave her the clean slate LTR just in case), and she hasn't done anything out of the ordinary. I even changed her clothing.

Have you tried resetting the town?

I never use Irresistible anymore. The last time I did I got the behavior littlelambsy is complaining about: sims constantly running up to my sim to get attention, particularly while on community lots. Not so much on the home lot from what I remember. It was annoying enough that I changed the trait eventually. Anyways, I've always assumed this behavior was EA's idea of being 'Irresistible'.
