My sim sisters went to the pub for dinner and drinks. Now one sister is the wild one, the other is meek and shy.  The wild sister ordered Crazy drinks and gave one to her sister. Now they both developed the insane trait, which I didn't know untill all ..... broke loose and a brawl took place.  (then I checked all brawlers traits). Anyway, apparently, the shy sister was chatting up a bloke and they were getting along fine, when suddenly he thumped her in the chest and knocked her backward. She then attacked him. Then her sister joined in and all were fighting. I never seen this before. It happened again a little while later with the same shy sim with another bloke. What is going on? Would it be the drinks? Neither of the attackers had any mean or insane traits.

Sims like to fight in nightclubs. This is the idea of the developers. If your wards master the skill of sports, they will have a great chance to win.

I've never seen this happen.  Maybe I tend not to use the right lot assignment.

It's probably the drinks. The Crazy drink makes sims have a tendancy to do things that don't make sense and act out of character.
And some drinks also temporarily change a sims traits it lasts for limited amount of time and they go back to their normal traits after the time has expired.

Not that one, but hey whatever works. 

It was a pub, not a club. The lot is assigned as local watering hole. My sims, the two sisters were the ones drinking the crazy drinks and it did give them the insane trait temporarily, but all they did was act strange.... tried to stangle themselves, rode invisible horse etc. But the shy sister started flirting, which was out of character. It was her that got attacked by a perfectly normal (trait wise) male sim during the flirt actions. I seen him thump her with both hands pushing her backward. It was only then that she attacked him in defense and then her sister jumped in. None have the athletic skills but they beat up the attacker LOL

Bingo would have been a safer option LOL

Well that explains it the Bar Brawl scenerio just one negative reaction can cause a fight when in pub/bar.

I usually use a customized version of The Grind in my worlds and leave the assignment as a Dance Club.  Lots of dancing on tables and counters and crazy drinks consumed, but I've never seen a brawl.  I'll have to try changing the lot assignment to local watering hole before my sims' next party there and see what happens.
