You could try putting Consort's dress code mod to use, though it will take some creativity on its placement so that you don't have her in her Everyday outfit while still in the shower. If the bathroom doesn't include a separate "shower room," maybe the dress code sign could go in the hallway outside of it?

I took my sims on vacation to another custom world, and discovered the same sim has this naked syndrome when getting out the shower. Never when she's changing for other reasons, into different outfits, just when she comes out the shower. I'm just curious why her and none of the other household members have this problem.   The dress code mod solves the problem, but that's really just like putting a plaster on the problem and not fixing the cause. Any idea why its just this one sim?

On the off chance you are being serious here (really?!), every single thing we do with this game at least on this site is putting a plaster (bandage) of some sort on things, some of them are temporary while others are more lasting. The entire game is held together by plasters, cheap store brand cello tape, and string. Has been since around 2011 or so, can't really speak to the state of things earlier than that. 

I get the naked out of the shower thing much more randomly than described. It's not the same sim repeatedly for me and it tends to clear up after a while only to return sporadically.

sittingbear... she's Charismatic, Star Quality, Light Sleeper, Social Butterfly, Virtuoso, Party Animal, Excitable and Irresistible.
She does spin when coming out the shower into everyday wear but the clothes never go onto her body, she stays naked. I've even shut the game down and the problem hasn't cleared.

igazor... LOL, you are so right!  Well, her sister is an Author and is presently writing a humor novel. She's sure got a lot of material to work with here. Her sister attended her bachelorette party naked, goes outside to get the mail, and sits outside to read the paper. I know others don't see her naked but it does look funny in those situations.   

Are you using any type of nude clothing say Snaft's True Nudist's? That one has the Valid for Random flag on plus it hasn't been compatible with the game since Supernatural.
But if your using Cmar's Nouveau Nudist's did you ever edit the CASP?

No I dont have that mod. And, unfortunately I can't use CASP because it doesnt work with steam  :(

No not EasyCASP. I meant the CASP in the package file for Cmar's which can only be done with S3pe but it doesn't sound like you did.

Sims aren't really picking up naked CAS parts randomly though when this happens. They think they are wearing one of their usual already existing Everyday (or Career, etc.) outfits. So does every other sim who "sees" them. They appear to still be in their entire Naked outfit to us, the players because the spin out of it, for appearances sake only, is not successful.
