I happen to like the IF's in game, although I know a lot of Simmers don't, but here is my question. 

All my children but one have an IF, the child that doesn't have an IF was adopted, is there anyway for me to get an IF for my adopted child?

It's just like any other mod; it goes into your Packages folder.
