I forgot to mention something I found interesting. When I was leaving the one world behind (Elmdale) and moving on to another (Eltham's Drift), most of the households had intermingled, got engaged or were going steady. Not wanting to move those all connected in that way into one household and moving them to retain their relationships, I just moved each individual family into the bin and thought about re connecting relationships later. But, when I started to put the individual families from the bin into the world, all their relationships started connecting. One had a romantic interest, which connected as soon as both were placed in the same world, all steady relationships connected and family relationships. I didn't think that normally happened.... or is this just another one of Littlelambsy's mysteries of the game LOL

HA HA ... normally? It's either another one of you mysteries or we missed one of Chain's mod enhancements. Now look what you've done ... I have got to try this, LOL.

New development. Last night when I added families, all their relationships connected, romantic and family. Today, I loaded up the game and checked on them and they've lost their romantic connection (romantic interests, engagements and steady relationships) except for the married ones who were living together at the time of being put in the bin. But, they do still have family connections. Strange but true LOL

I've switched families in my games without getting any unwanted changes except for them having a lot more money and plates of spoiled food all over the house if I've not played that family for an entire season. They don't ever change jobs or adopt pets unless directed to do so by me and they will only chnage jobs if I direct them to make that change or move house if I told them to.

Yes they can be little piggies if you don't watch them. I have it set so they can't move or change job. It really bugs me when I spend hours renovating their house, then the little idiots up and move on me!

Okay, let's clear something up here. (fake annoyed look)

Cupcake is a domesticated dog and, like his owner, is a vegetarian. He is not a wild pack wolf and does not see little lambs as mortal enemies nor as a potential source of food. He might try to befriend if he met one, perhaps teach it to dance, but nothing more sinister than that. The only thing Cupcake hates with a burning passion is Mini-Sims. :)

On the relationship seeming to persist across bin saved households, we've had reports on that before. It's not expected and certainly cannot be counted upon, but more of a pleasant surprise when it happens. Or at lest, if the relationships last through a save and reload. Sounds like not the case here.

LOL poor Cupcake getting a bum rap. I'd like to see his dance moves :)
Yes I was surprised the relationships stayed. I was a little miffed when I saw the romantic relationships held when placed, because I had decided this was a new world so I would have like to have them all make a new start romantically. Then I was happy when the romantic part of the connections fell apart. It will be interesting to see if true love prevails and the ones that got together in the first place, got together again.

I usually break the relationship links before placing them in the Bin when I transplant sims to another world just to see what would happen and their are some sims that will always find their way back to each other like Susan and Boyd Wainwright from SV no matter how many times I split them up before transplanting them to a new world they always ended up back together in a couple of weeks.

My Sims are from all over different ea worlds, and my own creations, so it's interesting to see who partners with who.
