It's snow day but 'go to school' option automatically comes. Is there a way to disable to go to school on snow day? Recently I installed 'Go here' and Portrait mods. I remember they are not able to go to school on snow day before.
I wouldn't like to go to school on snow day, not sure which mod causes this

OMG, what is it with you players and Snow Days? Man/Woman Up, put those gloves and boots on your kids, and send them out the door! Trust me, like in real life, the school buses will get through. Probably. 
Okay, I'm just kidding but happen to have grown up in a place that had snow on the ground around 362 days/year (slight exaggeration) and we didn't usually have any or more than one Snow Day per school year. One year we had 10 and had to go to school almost into July to make up for it on the other end, but that was unusual.
We found some time ago that Twallan, the original creator of these mods, had deactivated all of the Snow Day code from one of them, and it almost has to have been StoryProgression as none of the others would be able to dictate school closures like that. Although I suppose it might have been Tempest. We'll never know what plans he had for the concept before he retired, but our current developer is aware of the issue and I believe this is still being looked at.
In the meantime, you could use MasterController on City Hall to grant all children and teen sims one or more School Days Off before it's too late (6 or 7am?) on the day in question if you feel conditions require it. Then do the same using regular Days Off for any YA and older sims who work at the schools, such as those in the Education career. (MC Cheats module required for both)

Yea same in my country in real life. I'm from S.Korea and we have kind of decent amout of snow in winter, so mostly we don't take a day off with heavy snow but it's different in Sims. lol I wouldn't like to go to school on snow day in real life if the government would permit. xD Sadly I don't have Tempest and SP mod. I have MC, MC Cheats, MC Integration, Debug Enabler, Overwatch, Register, Woohooer, Once Read, Portrait Panel, Relationship Panel, Go Here, NO CD, and Hybrid. Another mod related to weather is Blugenjutsu's A Lot less rain.
Of course it doesn't put the grade down even though he doesn't go to school but I get the notice,"Chemin skipped school!" Sounds like he was supposed to go but he didn't..? I can test one more on next snow day. I can take out all mods and check what's causing. If I can't find the solution, then I will take your suggestion. Thanks very much.
