1. Can you also tell us what computer specs you have, and graphics?
2. What world are you playing at the moment?
3. What is your population of residents, you can find out with MC.
4. Did you install something new recently, not counting Errortrap and Overwatch?
1.
Device name: LAPTOP-HMST6MUL
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU N4200 @ 1.10GHz 1.10 GHz
Installed RAM: 8,00 GB (7,83 GB available)
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64 processor
I have Microsoft Windows 10 Home and version 22H2, it's Lenovo laptop if this is important.
And graphic card: Intel(R) HD Graphics
2. Now I play in Hidden Springs.
3. Sorry, I tried but didn't find where it is.
4. No, nothing new.

I'm sorry, we should have started with hardware but my assumption was that you had been running the game well enough on that system until just now.

Your laptop only just barely meets the minimum requirements to run Win 10. TS3 really should be out of the question on that processor, especially with the heavier expansion packs in play; the reason it can run at all is that the processor is designed to "burst" into a faster, higher performance mode when it us under stress as it needs to. It is not meant to be running fast enough to keep the game going for extended periods of time, meaning more than a few minutes. And it has no dedicated graphics card, which means that all of the game's stresses are put on that weak processor and RAM (memory) instead of being offloaded. As the laptop and its hardware age, it will be expected to get slower, heat up faster, and provide less and less performance.

I'm afraid you run the very real risk of damaging that laptop beyond repair if you continue forcing graphics intensive games like TS3 on it. It is meant for web surfing, email, streaming videos, and light office/school; tasks, not gaming. If it's any consolation though, it should take to TS2 just fine if you have access to that version of the game.

Sims 3 shutting down even with Master Controller

I played The Sims 3 on that laptop for long time and except it sometimes lagged there really was no problem, the game never turned off itself like that. My laptop didn't heat up and allows me to use it for studies, too. So I thought if I could play the game without much problem for long period of time, that meant it is okay. Well, I certainly don't want to damage it but I just didn't know that one game could cause so much stress on processor :( I only play The Sims 3 though and I am quite sentimental about this part of game (it's been like over 10 years since I first played it). Besides that, I also have the 4th part but I don't really enjoy it and don't play. And anyway, I guess if 3rd part is not suited for my laptop, The Sims 4 may not be as well. Unfortunately, I don't have access to The Sims 2 and never played it. Thank you for all advices and for the time that you took to try and help me out though :) I really appreciate it

I can imagine that Hidden Springs might increase problems too. It has itself a lot issues and is very large I guess

So if you had less problems with other worlds, try to play these. Or find a small or medium size world.

I played in Hidden Springs for like 3 months and I mean, I played a lot, not once or twice a month. But the issue started just now. But I will need to rethink if I even should play this game now. Never had problems with other towns, too. Except Isla Paradiso, just a lot of lags

I'm sorry to hear the hardware is a limiting factor, it was that way for me too for a long time. You could still try Chain_Reaction's suggestion for now. If we could at least solve that crash, then you could take some time to consider whether it's viable to continue.

If the laptop is a requirement for work/school and replacing it isn't possible any time soon, then it may be worth setting the game aside to make sure it doesn't cause too much wear.
If it's mainly for personal use and starting to save up for a replacement is an option, then we could help you with minimising performance impact like in C-Dark's link to help bridge the gap between now and then.

Whatever works for you and your situation, I'm sure there will be some suggestions for going about it :)
