Is there a mod or setting that fixes those two rewards not working?

Several of my sims have those rewards now and they don’t seem to do anything at all. One of my sims is a flirt and I try to maintain enough love interests to keep the casa nova reputation, but he always gets caught! Just out of nowhere! Shows up on a lot where one of his love interests happens to be and is immediately confronted about cheating!

I made "Accuse of Cheating" not valid for autonomous using Retuner. It works great. If you can't find the setting, let me know and I'll open my game to look.

From City Hall or a Computer NRaas>Retuner>Settings>General>Social Interacitons> Accuse of Cheating

I might have to try that. How do NPSims react to each other though? If your sim makes out with a married sim in front of their SO do they still get slapped or yelled at? Or does everyone now effectively have No Jealousy?

It's not the same as No Jealousy. With autonomous "Accuse of Cheating" disabled, there will still be some consequences. Partners/friends/family will still get the "Upset" interaction, there's a drop in relationship, and with partners you'll still get some slapping and yelling, though that's probably trait-influenced to a certain extent.

I keep the auto "Accuse of Cheating" disabled in most of my games and the No Jealousy and Above Reproach rewards work as expected. In fact, I use those 2 rewards to set up happy, successful polyamorous relationships.

Could you explain this? I’m not familiar enough with these mods to know exactly what you mean.

When you hover at the right navigation where the nraas mods are listed - you can hover and select pages with a lot additional information
like
1. Documentation - Lists all in-game options of the mod with short explanations and possibly modules needed in addition.
2. FAQ - gives you either a list of different FAQ links or a FAQ were a lot of questions and hints are given too

So, to find the "no Jealousy" setting in Woohooer use the Documetation page and Ctrl+F for Browser Search the word Jealousy

The Sims Wiki states that No Jealousy hasn't worked since Generations, but I use it for maintaining poly relationships without any mod intervention just fine. That's having it on all sims involved though.
I also don't think the point of No Jealousy is to allow serial cheating, but to allow serial homebreaking- or at least it may have accidentally been patched to only work that way. The difference being, you can have a mistress without their spouse ever noticing but you couldn't have two mistresses without them getting upset at you and each other. If you're being accused by your own romantic interests, I think that's intended behaviour.

As far as fixing it goes, do you have NRaas Woohooer in play at all? Just by default it makes a lot of changes to how jealousy works, largely in the area of making sims less psychic about these things. That might be enough to only require your sim to subtle about these things.
Or indeed, the more heavy handed options mentioned above like retuning the accusation, disabling jealousy entirely, or using MC to give all parties the LTR.

For me, both rewards seem to be working as intended. It's easy enough to check what happens if you switch them off.
