OK. I'm an idiot. Wait. If it's necessary to disable Nraas SP in Uni hood, then aren't I going to be stuck with having to rely on EA's SP to graduate my sims? Is there any way to disable the Personality/career progression part of the mod without unistalling any of these?
No, what I meant is to keep NRaas SP switched on, but severely limit what it does. I go to "town options" in the WA or Uni worlds and then change settings like "Career - Find Job - false", "Household - Move as Family - false", "Romance - allow marriage - false" (same for going steady or Pregnancy or adoption), Money - Allow - False, to give just some examples. I still have Romance on - they can have their romantic interests as much as they want. Avoid the personality scenarios, as those really hamper performance.

You can save those settings with Overwatch under a recognizable name if you ever start a new world and don't want to go through everything by hand again.

As an aside, Uni runs into laundry issues which can grind performance to a halt. Either clean it up for the whole town regularly, or install something like Nona Mena's super hampers in every house with a washing machine, which are most of them.
