I've recently started playing on a custom Hylewood world, I used to play on another world but the town was too big and i had too many lag problems, so i got rid of a bunch of cc and used porter to save all my families and move them to a smaller world.
The problem is that everytime i add those families, after some minues playing, the game crashes. I did a full anihilation and tried playing the same town/save with a newly created sim and some game generated service sims around town, everything went smooth, no crashes at all so i decided to add back the old families.
I didn't add any new cc or mods, everything is the exact same, i've been playing another save with the same cc and no crashes, it only happens when i add the old families and play for at least 10 minutes.
I've tried reset town, deleted every inventory item, i even lowered my game settings and still, after one or two saves, the game randomly crashes.
i used TS3CLA to check the crashes, and it either gives me the CC crash, or the DEP crash.
Before playing the new save, I started on a new TS3 folder, did the 50/50 method, updated every mod, checked them and every cc i have on the dashboard. I even build the houses on another save because I thought the crashes were being caused by spending too much time on build mode
I don't know what to do anymore, to me the only logical issue is the families, I played with them for a long time and maybe they are too heavy? I could try adding one family each, but there's about 10 families and the game takes a bit too long to load, It would be too much trouble so I've been thinking about saving the Sims to the bin and remaking every single family, but before all that work I wanted to know if there was anything else I could do to maybe fix this problem.
I'd really appreciate some help, I've been working in this town for almost two months and I really wanted to make it work!

Are you getting any ScriptErrors from ErrorTrap around the crash time? It would be helpful to see if something is getting reported, as well as for it to give us a standard view of what script mods are in play and whether any stand out as common culprits.
I would also suggest moving all CAS CC specifically out of the mods folder and seeing if adding the families works. Dashboard can only see some very specific problems, so it's totally possible that even one sim could be wearing a single bad piece of CC. It also wouldn't show up in 50/50 tests because sometimes a sim actually has to be wearing it (like a bad bone assignment on a LOD won't crash the game until that LOD is rendered).

Game Crashing
I tried adding all the famillies back and then doing a Dresser check on every Sim in town. I was able to remove some messed up parts and then I played the game for about two hours (saving every 30 minutes) with no issue, until all the sudden the game lagged and crashed again, it didn't even generate a script error this time.

You have a lot of mods and no doubt one of them is causing your peril. Let's start with these...
Per our sticky announcement, LazyDuchess.SmoothPatch_MasterController and Simler's core mod are not compatible with NRaas.
MSC is outdated and should be removed.
Skydome_EveryoneCanCarryChild is known to be problematic so remove that too.
I do not recommend using the Set Hour Cheat by Lazy Duchess as that can cause issues with the alarm manager and is just a terrible idea.
A couple of the errors are from the Messy Toddlers mod. Not sure that's the source of your crash but take that one out.
The second one is nothing to worry about.

Game Crashing
Just to add to the above if I may...I don't know what exactly the intended purpose is of having LD's SetHourCheat mod in play. The way in which the game's simulator (engine) runs, a smooth flow of time on a per world basis is required for things to happen correctly. Or to happen at all without crashing. Historically, mods/cheats that allow the player to change the sim clock to a different time are meant to be used to set up screenshots, poses, and maybe a couple of minutes of test animations while the sim clock runs very short-term or to provide different amounts of daylight to make these things easier to accomplish, then immediately quit without saving.. Not to keep playing forward after yanking the game clock around.
But yeah, the other mods listed definitely have to go for a start.

Game Crashing
To pile onto the mod warnings, Mod_NewGen is the script name for Mingos Birds and Bees mod- the one that has been rearing its head lately with error logs and broken scripting.
A lot of mods hosted on their creators' websites or blogs miss out on the benefits of having a dedicated comment section where things that are broken can be reported or discussed among the community. It may help to consider all such mods experimental when you're putting together a modlist this large- just to take extra care in introducing them, testing them, and seeing if they've had bug reports posted elsewhere.

Game Crashing
I removed all those mods, tried loading up the game and immedieatly got two script errors, the save opened for less than a minute and it crashed again, it keeps saying i have the skydome mod, but i checked on all my folders and there's nothing, i don't install sims3pack and i don't know how i got it in my game
for some reason i can't upload the second error that showed up right before crashing, but this is what it says
