Transfering career in custom careers

Post by Pat222 » December 13th, 2023, 9:15 am

Hello. I create my 2 custom careers, part time and full time. But, when my teen sim is on example level 2 in my custom part-time career and he age up to YA and I select Full-time my custom career, he, is on level 1, no on level 4. He isn´t promoted from previous my custom part-time career. Why? I have <TransferCareer></TransferCareer> in Careers.xml. But it doesn´t work, Can you help me, where is problem?

Transfering career in custom careers

Hi, I bump this to help :)

Maybe have a look into this custom career over at MTS, it's a part-time career corresponding to the astronomer full-time career with getting higher levels too.
If you compare it with yours you maybe find what is different or missing.

As you also created a new full-time career I can imagine that you didn't link it right.
If you need further assistance then, it would be helpful to link your files, so someone can have a look.
