I used to be able to teen-adult woohoo, but now I can't. However, woohoo between teens still works. Any help will be appreciated.

Let's check on your Woohooer settings first. Teen woohoo is required, but then so it teen-adult as a separate option.
NRaas > Woohooer > Romance > Allow Teen-Adult Romance > True
NRaas > Woohooer > Woohoo > Allow Teen Woohoo > True (is False by default)
NRaas > Woohooer > Woohoo > Allow Teen-Adult Woohoo > True (is False be default and the option is hidden if either of the above two are False)

If that's not it, then we would need to know if the Woohoo options just never appear on the Romance menu for teen-older when you think they should (after being chatted up to Sim A think Sim B is Extremely Irresistible for example, or after cuddling and making out on a bed for another) or if they do appear but the sim initializing is just rejected constantly.

If they never appear in the first place, then if you could please switch on Woohooer's debugging utility.
NRaas > Woohooer > General > Debugging

This will cause all possible romantic commands to appear on the Romance menu at once, with the ones not available for player-selection greyed out. If you mouse over a greyed out command, a tooltip should appear that will tell you why. Examples:
Closely Related
Wrong Species (we're talking cats, dogs, and horses here; somehow I think you would know this already)
STC Fail (not disallowed, but the sims haven't made it far along the short term context chatting up to get to where it should appear)
Liking Gate Fail

Tell us which one of these would be appearing on Woohoo, Risky, Try for Baby if you need help in interpreting it.

When finished, be sure to switch Woohooer's debugging option off again before playing forward. If you leave the debugger on, the game will constantly begin generating data logs on all sims in town that no one needs to see and such can provide a severe drag on its performance .

Thank you for your reply. I activated debug and I get "StoryProgression Caste Flirt Denied". Now, I'll admit I'm a bit of an amateur when it comes to diddling with Story Progression, but I can't find the option to change (Caste:Flirt). Under what heading is it located? BTW, I tried deleting the Story Progression module and Teen-Adult
Woohoo works just fine.

Just read an earlier post about de-linking Woohooer from Story Progression and that worked.

There is no Flirt caste, what that means is that SP was disallowing that level of flirts and romantic activity between a caste that would have included teens and a caste that would have included adults. Or at least Woohooer thought it was and was trying to honor such a restriction.

It's always worth taking a few minutes to try and fix SP failures like that, but the link between the mods does go funny on many of us anyway. De-linking them as you did was going to be the next recommendation if that was the kind of failure you were getting. I've been playing with the link off for years myself. Glad you worked it out.
