Hi and welcome to NRaas,

When interactions drop like that, it usually means that:
A: there are no objects to be found to woohoo in
B: the objects are currently in used
C: the zombie/mummy is doing something else at the time "is busy and can't be disturb" (or something like that)

C, usually, should make the Woohoo interaction not available. Can you check your Documents\Electronics Arts\The Sims 3 folder to see if there is any ScriptErrors generated? If so, upload it on this site, if you have multiple files, just compress them in one Zip file and upload that.

Cheers.

Thanks as far I can see none of these errors (10) shows any indications of your issues not able to woohoo a zombie/mummy.

Harmless:
- 7 out of 10; are Correction Logs, which is a routinely clean up service of unused data on your Saved Game courtesy of ErrorTrap.

Things to further investigate:
- 1 out of 10; Billy Wane (your active?) tried to summon something using the spellbook, but got errored doing so. This could be something related to an outdated tuning mod that adjusted ingredients or spells. Do you have any mods installed that does that? If so, remove them and try the interaction again.

-1 out of 10; Jocelyn Kimura-Frio (in your active household?) tried to get mail out of the mailbox, but got errored out due to a relationship with a MiniSim.

By any chance did you moved a Tourist (or a Sim visiting your Homeworld) to your Town? A little more history about Jocelyn and Billy is required, is Jocelyn a child of Frio and Kimura families, is Billy your own made Sim or did you pick him up and renamed him? If it is anything else, how?

- 1 of 10; Raphael Keaton was trying to meet up but something burp in his way erroring him out to his home. Usually caused by EA's routing system. Recommendation install GoHere that replaces EA's routing managers.

The only other thing I can think of is that one of your Sims is a MiniSim. These Sims are replica's of a Sim that lives originally in another World. Also beside Gohere, you may want to install Overwatch that works on the background, smoothing up your game.

For the Zombie issue, try enabling Debugging in Woohooer and see if the reports by way of notification can offer some clues why its dropping. Use this guide to determine what those notices means: Woohooer Debugging, missing interactions.

There's some corruption going on with the minisim error. Installing Overwatch may sort it. But yes, nothing related to the issue.
