Post by SusannaG1 » October 13th, 2017, 11:49 pm

Got this script error this evening, and frankly don't know what to make of it.

This appears to be the key part of the error log.

System.NullReferenceException: A null value was found where an object instance was required.
#0: 0x00021 callvirt in Sims3.Gameplay.Socializing.Sims3.Gameplay.Socializing.AttractionNPCBehaviorController:SetDateAlarm

Possibly you have an attraction tuning mod from another source (not NRaas) that is outdated or acting up here? But our developer will stop by and tell us if I'm interpreting that even close to correctly. :)

Don't think it's tuning related. Something odd going on with data there. Did you get that on world load? Did you have an active sim when you got it?

I don't even recall getting a message in game when that fired.

And looking at that in-game time: there are 3 sims in this household (one child, one teen, one adult), and at that time they were getting ready for bed. None are in a relationship. I don't recall making any setting on Woohooer that I don't normally use.

I wouldn't worry too much unless you keep getting it. It looks like the code may have fired before the active household was fully selected on world load.

OK, I'll keep my fingers crossed, and hopefully it won't be a problem. (And if it is, I'll report back.)
