Hi there, I figured this was the best place to go for help, and I'd just like to report a bug I think I've found.
As far as I can tell, the Jealousy settings work as intended, except for an odd case.
If Sim A and Sim B are in a romantic interest relationship or above (Steady, Married, etc.) and Sim A woohoos with Sim C (where A and C are not in 'any' romantic relationship), Sim B will not react with any jealousy regardless of settings.
If Sim A and Sim C then get into a romantic relationship and then woohoo, Sim B will react appropriately.
This only seems be to be for Woohoo/Risky/Try for Baby interactions, regular jealousy things like kissing or flirting behave as normal.
Tested with a clean install and only the Woohooer module installed.
No Jealousy Reaction when Woohooing with a non-romantic relationship sim

Settings for General\Romance\Interaction Level are all Default, I haven't yet tested each one yet.
Jealousy levels have been tested on both Romance and Woohoo on all levels. Woohoo exhibits the bug on all jealousy levels, whereas Romance works as usual.
(As a complete aside, AwesomeMod stops Woohoo jealousy altogether, Romantiv Interest or no.)

Further testing, due to some inconsistencies. I've set React to JealousyBase Chance Scoring to 999 to hopefully rule that out, and also Privacy Base Chance and Sneakiness Base Chance to minus numbers, but I don't believe they affect jealousy.
The Sim A B C scenario above is still correct except for when Woohoo Jealousy is set to 'Low', then the appropriate sim gets jealous even when the other two are not romantic interests. Medium and High act as if they were on none except when the other two are romantic interests or higher, as above.
Romance \ Interaction Level for Marries/Romance/Steady don't seem to affect anything. Having Polyamory Jealousy or Remove Romance on Kiss on or off also seem to have no effect.

Actually this Woohoo behaviour seems to also extend to romantic kisses, the first time it happens, no jealousy is caused, but when the two become romantic interests and then kiss again, jealousy is caused. This happens on Romance / Jealousy High and Medium, but works normally on Low. Maybe it has something to do with how it handles High and Medium Jealousy?
And sorry for all the posts, I'm not actually sure how to edit them.
