Might it be the case that a mod from another source is blocking the kiss interactions or possibly has moved them over to the friendly socials or one of the other menus? If you do have other mods, you might try a test session with NRaas mods only to see if you get different results. They should certainly be showing up (greyed out with tooltip or otherwise) with Woohooer's debugger on regardless.

This is unusual. What is your game's patch level and which exact version of Woohooer (base mod) are you working with?

What kind of install is this, retail disc, Origin, Steam, from some other source (which one)?
