My teen sim became pregnant, and her entire body became invisible except her head and feet. I downloaded the debug mod to use the 'fix invisible sims' and it did nothing. I have the correct version for the patch I'm using (most recent). Any idea's on how to bring her body back?

Hi there. Pregnant floating head syndrome typically has nothing to do with mods. It usually means that you don't have any teen maternity clothes in stock, and of course the base game doesn't come with any because there are no teen pregnancies.
