Unless I'm mistaken but if Allow Immigration is set to false does this stop Auto-Assignment or is there another setting I need to do?
Cause I have Allow Immigration turned of but Register is still auto-assigning

Allow Immigration > False should stop new sims from being spawned as needed to fill role slots. It shouldn't stop the auto-assignments if sims already exist who can be used. I believe that would have to be done on each role giving object individually -- am not aware of any kind of master off switch for Register.

Been 2 yrs since I tried Manual Assignments but I thought that was supposed to turn Auto-Assignments maybe I'm confusing it with something else
