How to disable Sim talking group when guest sim visit house ?
i feeling annoyed when ALL SIM active house want talk 1 guest sim or more and sim walking to talk stuck for near guest sim

this problem can setting for Disable or reduce delay time left sim talking group ?

There is an option in Gohere called Disable Auto Grouping Default: False
Maybe this could stop this, if you turn it to true?

On the other hand it could be also a greeting situation? There is an option in Retuner called:
Sims3.Gameplay.Situations.VisitSituation,Sims3GameplaySystems
- sMaxWaitForGreeting
<Value>2</Value>
and
Sims3.Gameplay.Situations.VisitSituation,Sims3GameplaySystems
- kWaitTimeToRetryGreet
<Value>2</Value>

Unfortunately I don't know if the value means in minutes or hours and if the change to a lower value can influence your "situation".

That's not at all what Auto Grouping is nor what the GoHere option controls. Am not sure if what the OP describes are really lot greetings either, but the Retuner settings might be worth a try. Although it seems that could have a negative impact on the time it takes to get greeted should one of their sims visit someone else's house, during which they will not be able to enter.

Or possibly the OP could direct many of their active household's sims to do something else.
