I want to disable my sims autonomously casting the love charm on themselves/others. Retuner seems like it'd be able to do that, but I can't find it in the menus. Help? ^^;

Follow these steps:
1. Click on the CityHall, select NRaas> Retuner> menu select, Show Object Menu> set this on True (Default False)
2. Exit Retuner

Click a Witch Sim, NRaas> Retuner> General> menu scroll down to "Cast Charm / Love Charm" and change Allow Autonomous to False.
