Scan Target

I know I have had a question about this before, but I can't seem to find the original post.
It's those blasted plumbots and their constant need to scan people. Originally my issue was with the family plumbots waking the children up in the middle of the night while on vacation (they wouldn't do it in the homeworld, thankfully, but then again they weren't even doing what their trait chips were for in their homeworld but THAT is not the issue for this round). Now I'm in Oasis Landing (I restarted that save from the travel point instead of making a new game so I'm redoing everything I had just done - except temporarily neutering the rabbits from the get-go so I won't be compelled to try and break up the family again) and the plumbot townies are pulling the active family out of their workplace (future-only jobs) to scan them.
They're not interrupting them on their way into the workplace, they're disrupting them well after the active family member has gone on the clock and pulling them out of the building.
I've gone into Retuner > Social Interactions > Scan Target in ALL categories (General, all seasons, etc.) and turned all autonomous and user directed to False and they're still pulling them out of work.
I want this stupid social interaction blocked completely but no matter what I do it's not working. Therefore I must be missing something... help!!!
