I read there is a setting in retuner to deactivate Gnome-spawning, but I can‘t find the right Option.

Does anyone know how to disable them?

There's a setting for gnomes in Overwatch Settings. Not in game at the moment but I don't have any gnomes spawning. I think its because of the settings in OW. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

NRaas > Overwatch > Settings > Delete Magical Gnomes > True (default is False)

That won't stop them from spawning, but should clean them up during OW's overnight runs.
