it took me for long time to check this issue reproducing in several ways.
i have encountered repeatedly same issue which every available cars in the household being gathered and abandoned right in front road of the destination lot.

i mean, all. cars, bikes, automobiles and strangely, Limos. when reached any sim reached target destination and at the same time got an error of Go Here. and it could happen for both of active/inactives.

as to Limos, it occurs only when the household has at least one right sim who had promoted to receive Limo's carpool.
at first, it looked like Limo caused conflict with owned cars but i got same bug even after turned Limo's usage off with Traffic mod's setting and "Nona's NoLimos Carees Plus" mod (from MTS).

i should have succeeded in uploading my log.
the log has been created when my handyman sim got queued autonomous "repair job". (self employed module of career mod.)

You appear to have a mod that is providing an idle animation that is out of date or somehow interfering with the sims trying to route, in particular what they are supposed to do when they get out of their vehicles upon arrival.

If there isn't anything obvious that comes to mind that fits that description, probably the best first step is try a test run with NRaas mods only, no others, to see if the problem persists. If not, of course it has be one of the others you have in play.

thanks for quick reply.
ok. i got an idea. its something like idle time killing mod to reduce intervals between actions.
