I cant find out how to download NoCD can someone please tell me thanks.

Just click on that green download icon where "Version 1" under notes. At least it worked for me.

In the right side of the site find NoCD, then open its page and click on "Download for patch 1.67/1.69" button.
Or use that direct link.
