Can't download Overwatch

Tried to down the zipped file for Overwatch but it came back with an error code...it was basically telling me that it was an http error....So, how do I get it?
EDIT: Here's the error code:
Cannot Download this File
HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request

Running into the same problem trying to download the Decensor mod as well....

If your having trouble downloading a mod from the download page; at the top click on the Upload button and wait for the pop up and download the mod from there.

Runs the same code.
Maybe Dropbox was having issues earlier. Try again. If that doesn't work usually download issues are caused by using VPN's.

I don't use a VPN (shocker, I know!) so I don't know what the deal is....Thanks for the suggestion!!
