From what I can tell, release notes fail to appear on all mod pages. When trying to view release notes on the Update History page, it gives a "network error." Checking the network logs (using Chrome's developer tools) shows that an SQL error message is produced when loading the release notes:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near 'HAVING count(DISTINCT t.tag_name) = 2' at line 1 [1064]

Just to be fair the site hasn't been around long as well as getting hammered by constant DDOS attacks since Day 1. Forced to move to a new server company just 1 or 2 months later because of those DDOS attacks as well as many of the pages from the old Wikispaces didn't export and convert properly they have a lot to deal with.
I'm sure Chain knows about it if I remember correctly he's Web Designer and has a lot to deal with already so you will need to be patient while they work things out.
But thank you for letting us know about it and if I sound grumpy I don't mean to :P .

For now, the Release/Revision Notes are still available as they existed on the former Wikispaces site through the Wayback Machine if they are required. Example: https://web.archive.org/web/20180227114 ... sion+Notes

Well, I wasn't aware the SQL server was angry but I am aware they are missing. We'll get them back in time. :)
