That isn't a very helpful post, and honestly very misleading as many many people use the mods and they don't crash the game on startup. If you want help with figuring out why this is happening a better way would have been to ask for help and then let us know the following.
1. Did you install the mods folder and resourceconfig following the instructions here http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Gam ... _and_Files , installed the framework and the 2 test mods then ran a test game to make sure they worked?
2. What type of install do you have for TS3? Discs, Origin, Steam? Mac or PC?
3. Which mods did you download and try to install? A few need to be downloaded according to your install, and at least Error Trap has to be the same update as your game, make sure you didn't accidentally get 1.69, that would cause crashing.
Usually there has been some kind of user error somewhere but no one can help if we don't know the exact steps you used to install. Believe it or not there have been people still trying to install the old way still. And everyone is human and small mistakes can happen.

To add to the above...

4. There are two relatively common scenarios where NRaas mods will crash players games on startup every time.
a) The MC Progression add-on module without having both the MC and SP base mods. The module is meant to act as a bridge between the two base mods and will crash the game if either one is missing.
b) The Cupcake mod requires that the EA Store bakery set is present and loading properly or else it will crash the game.

5. Kindly do not post subject lines or message text in ALL CAPS. We understand you might be upset, but we are here to help and the appearance of being yelled at doesn't really contribute anything to that effort. It is also against the rules.

So can we get a better sense of your mod setup and which exact mod package files you are attempting to have in play?
