Traveling with sims outside of your household

LONG time lurker, first time poster! Hello! I cannot for the life of me figure out how to travel with sims outside of my active household with the Traveler mod. I read in one forum post that this is possible. In my case though, I'd like for my sim and her friends to all travel together to university. It sounds like a stupid question, but I genuinely can't find the option to travel with other people. Any help is appreciated!

(Also, as a complete aside, has anyone enrolled in university with the traveler mod installed and have it end like a vacation? I signed up for a 2 week term and when I hit the weekend, I got the prompt about my adventure being over and then got whisked back to my hometown. When I got back home, my progress for my degree was 100% completed which shouldn't have been the case. I had no graduation or report cards even.)

Hi there.

1 - The setting you want is, on City Hall or an in-game computer, NRaas > Traveler > Allowable Travelers. If you choose the "Friends" option, note that the sims outside of the active household must actually be Friends (relationship score at least +40), not merely acquaintances, with the sim arranging for the trip/registration or they won't show up as eligible to add to the traveling/registering for Uni travel party. By default these sims will show up as selectable (playable) once in Uni World, unless you have Traveler > Set Inactives as Unselectable set to True.

2 - From the homeworld, NRaas > Traveler > University Term Length I believe would need to be set for 14 for a two-week term or yes, the trip will be over halfway through that.

Okay, that makes sense. For #2, I figured that was causing it, but I wasn't sure. That definitely clears it up then! Anyway thanks so much for the quick response! You're a huge help! (Even in other forum posts that I've used to troubleshoot nraas mods, you're there to save the day! Hahaha)
