I just installed all the mods last night and when I was setting up my rotation caste, I saw a few options were missing.
For example, in castes, there was just my rotation caste, and in caste options I couldn't find "Death: Allow Aging" option.

Edit: I did a total reset on Progression and the castes are there now, but the aging option is still not a thing.

Edit 2: Turns out I had to have aging enable din options. >.<
